Club Constitution

The Club operates as many volunteer organisations do. There is a management committee that is elected each year at the AGM. This committee runs the club on a day to day basis with roles as varied as the traditional Chairman and Treasurer to the Volunteer Co-ordinator and even a self styled "Chief of Balls"!

This committee needs a framework within which to operate and guidance on how it should be made up. The constitution is this framework. It is agreed yearly by the whole club at the AGM and cannot be changed without the whole clubs vote. This way every member can have a say in how the club is run.
